SUPER FLATTERING
Possibly the most flattering skirt I (now) own! The rutching or draping makes my hips look so much smaller and the waist is flexible and stretchy. Super comfortable and a thick, warm fabric. Great with heels for going out or with opaque tights and flats for the office - it is somewhat short.
