Very Stylish shoes
I normally wear a 38.5 or 39 and I got a 38.5. These shoes were a bit tight on the first few wears but have now stretched out and fit perfectly.
They are very stylish and go with everything. My one complaint would be that they are not very breathable, even though the are made of leather.
Otherwise, they are great shoes and very comfortable. Would highly recommend them!

Pretty Flats
After reading the reviews on Shopbop, I ordered these in a 8.5. I haven't ever purchased/tried on Marc by Marc Jacobs flats before, so I was taking a chance. They turned out to be a bit too small. A 9 (my size in Tory Burch) would have been perfect (I think)... had to return them :(

A slight mishap
I was so utterly disappointed when I received these shoes, they were wrinkled and looked like someone with claws had danced around in them. So I sent them back in exchange for a brand new pair that was PERFECT. So happy and relieved the process was flawless and the staff were efficient in getting another pair to me. Thanks Shopbop!
5 stars for fixing the problem so quickly and well the shoes are amazing, they are so comfortable you don't have to break them in and add the perfect finish for any outfit.

For my Mommy!
Bought these for my Mom as a Christmas gift! I know she will love them as we have seen them in the store already. A lot of the review say they are larger than expected but she got her size that she normally wears and it fit perfect. Great shoe, goes with everything! You can dress it up and dress it down! Very versatile!

This shoes is so comfortable! I think it's the rubber sole that makes this shoes so comfy. Ever since the first time I wore them I am addicted to keep wearing them without second thought, especially I got them in black which pretty much go with everything.
Anyway, I would recommend to go one size down. Not half. One size.
I am normally a size 36-37 person, mostly 37 if I don't want the shoes to be too tight. However, with this shoes, even 36 which normally in most shoes fit quite tight on me, this shoes' 36 is bit loose on me, around 1cm. So I would recommend to go one size down.

Perfect work flats
These shoes are extremely comfortable and versatile; wear them to work, to brunch, to dinner - they go with everything. They do run a little big so I sized down by 1/2 and perfect! Bought them in black but will definitely also buy a pair in red. Excellent shoes, highly recommended!

I'm on my feet all day at work and these are perfect, did go up half a size as i read the other reviews that said they were slightly small and its perfect by going up

Too big
The look and quality is great but the size is wrong. I own a pair of Marc Jacob flats in a 39 so I thought I would be fine but they are way too big. I would need to go down to a 38 at least! Really disappointed.

Beautiful, high quality, but too big in size! I use 39 and I could swim... So take a have or hole size smaller than usual...
