Hold it in and keep it smooth
I absolutely love this "slip"; it does have shorts/underwear inside so you do not have to wear your own pair. There are no lines and everything looks smooth under a tight dress. I am 5'5 123lbs and I bought the nude in a medium just because I know under garments usually run smaller because they are made to keep everything in but any smaller and I would have no bottom.
