Don't let the photos fool you

I fell in love with this dress the second I saw the pics of it on shopbop so I was especially disappointed when it arrived and disappointed me in every way. The first thing you notice is that the fabric is sort of cheap and heavy feeling, not nearly as gorgeous as it looks on the model. Also, while I'm aware this is a 'one size' dress, it was absolutely enormous. I'm 5'6", 115lb with a 34A chest and given how nice it looks on the model I though I'd be able to make it work for me to but no matter how I wrapped it I just couldn't get it to look right all the way around. When I saw the tag and noticed that this is intended to be a bridesmaids' dress, it all made more sense. So if what you want is an expensive bridesmaids' dress that will 'fit' everyone, go for it! If you want something chic and elegant, look elsewhere.
