long time waiting
I've been looking at this for a long time, and finally decided to buy it. And I love it.
It is longer than in the picture shown here, I'd say true would be more that the shortest chain hits about right under her neckline, instead of above it. Mine did come with an adjustable chain at the end.
Also, there is an even number of links in the thicker chains, which means that no matter what you do, it won't be a hundret percent even, but it's also not very noticable in my opion.
I don't think it tangels any more than three necklaces worn togeather. There is a little of it, sure. I usually layer necklace, and don't find this to be a problem.

Pretty average looking piece
To be honest i didnt even entirely unwrap it. After reading reviews i was worried about it tangling. so looking at it through plastic the gold was that plastic looking gold you'd get in 20cent machines when you were a kid... not worth $80 went back

Tangled and Broken
Was very disappointed with this necklace. The necklace is thin and very delicate so tends to get tangled up real easily. Plus the necklace that I got didn't fall as symmetrically as pictured. To make things worse, one of the long chains was broken when I received it, probably due to the delicate nature of this necklace, so definitely sending this back.

beautiful necklace, does come a bit tangled but it really wasn't a problem. i usually hang it up when I'm not wearing it so it doesn't get twisted.

Nice but...
Like other reviewers, it tangled too easily, and I don't have the patience to untangle it every time I wear it, so unfortunately I am sending it back.

Pretty
It's pretty but tangles easily, as other reviews state.
Also, it's a lot longer than I was expecting. the shortest necklace is lower than pictured, and there is no adjustable chain as there is pictured.

I love this necklace and wear it with almost everything. It does get tangled extremely easily, so you have to be careful, but overall it's really wonderful.

Nice piece!
I really like this necklace. It's very long, and has a boho feel. I will be wearing it this summer with long maxi dresses. Can get tangled so needs to be stored carefully.

Perfect 3 in 1
The necklace is rad. I get compliments on it and people don't realize it's one piece so I get credit for layering genius. The problem was that it arrived in this insane tangly mess that I thought I'd have to send back. Took me a lot of patience, a movie, and a good hour to get it undone. It made me think twice about what kind of jewelry to order online. Once untangled,worth it. And to Shopbop's credit, they did try to ship it so that it wouldn't tangle by using a plastic zip bag but it just didn't work this time. The neckalce might just come as a puzzle.
