I'm 36C , 5' 4", and about 130 lbs, and got size Small and it couldn't fit better. I almost always have a bad time with the chest fitting with a V-neck style or triangle top style with a 36C chest, but this covers well. The only really bad thing aobut this dress is that the 2 "V's" covering your bust are very loose, so if you wear this to an event where you will be sitting and bending and moving a lot, I think most people wouldn't feel comfortable unless they used fabric tape. But now that I say that, I see in the picture the model really has the top tied very high under her neck, so maybe it's possible to tie it up higher (?). If you're just standing most of the time, I don't find it problematic to keep me covered though. But, the cut of the dress is so gorgeous- it is cut and creased so that the flowy sides look exactly like the picture. Also, I was so pleased that at 5'4" the high cut in the front is short on me as pictured, which is what I wanted. Obviously high quality dress.
