Pick one size smaller
Go with one size smaller than usual. I am usually an M and didn't want the skirt to be too short. But S would be more fitting in my case...But the skirt itself is really nice.

Cute Skirt
I'm 5'5", 125lb, larger chest, skinny legs, and I ordered this in a medium. I had previously ordered a small from another site and that was definitely too tight. I plan on wearing this with tights so I didn't wanted a little extra room. It's a keeper for me.
