Maison Scotch Tailoer Coat
The coat itself is like I expected it to be, great quality, similar to the picture. Unfortunately as I am not familiar with US size I ordered the wrong one. Further reason for the return of coat. Very satisfied with the shipping, coat was delivered within 48h after the order. Although quite disappointing that there is no FREE international return in such cases. Quite a hastle to get back the taxes charged upon arrival, also expensive to send back the item that does not fit. Customer service very professional and helpful. I would like to highlight Eleni for the great support and fast information provided. Overall - satisfied, although the international return poilcy is quite a drawback and a reason to consider twice if the order should be put in place.
