Description

A striped Madewell blazer in a naturally soft blend of cotton and linen. This smart, polished jacket is detailed with a trio of pockets and slim back vent. The buttoned placket is framed with notched lapels, and buttoned cuffs finish the long sleeves. Lined.

Fabric: Lightweight suiting.
Shell: 76% cotton/24% linen.
Lining: 100% cotton.
Dry clean.
Imported, China.

Nice jacket
I am between sizes 4 and 6 and having read the reviews i got a size 4, so glad i did, it fits kinda loose and if i got 6 it would have been too big. The fabric is nice and a fit of size 4 is nice, a bit loose, Thanks to the reviewers who said it fits bigger than it is.

Nice Blazer, but the fit???
I must agree with the previous reviewer with respect to the fit. I think I also ordered the wrong size. The blazer is huge on me; very boxy and the sleeves up by the shoulder are very large and overly wide on me, Also, the shoulders slope down making it an unflattering fit. I normally wear a Size 2 or 4, depending on the designer. I'm not familiar with "Madewell", and decided on Size 4. If I had paid closer attention to the model's dimensions, I would have ordered Size 2 as the model is wearing a Size 2, and my dimensions are exactly the same as hers. The blazer is of good quality, and I love the fabric, color and stripes. So disappointed that the Size 2 is sold out and mine has to be returned. If you're between sizes, I suggest that you size down. I could, more than likely, wear a Size 0 in this blazer because of how large the 4 fit me.

Undecided about this one, I think I purchased the wrong size. I am almost always a UK size 10 (in Australia this can be anything from an 8 to a 12 depending on brand) so I purchased the US sz 6. It feels slightly large and boxy, and doesn't quite sit high enough on the shoulder. Not sure if that is intentional but I may have been better with the sz 4. The quality is fantastic for the price though, material is great and love the faded navy stripe
