Frye, a well-to-do shoemaker from England. Frye boots have traveled with soldiers from America's Civil War through World War II, and in the 1960s the Campus Boot, from its 1860 original, was reintroduced and soon rose to high demand. Today, Frye's boots still hold a place in American culture.

Very versatile and comfortable!
I LOVE these boots. The heel is high, but thick, so they are very comfortable and easy to walk in. I also love that there are zippers on both the inside and outside of the boot. I usually wear both zippers half-way down for a more relaxed, casual look. Great quality from Frye, as always! They are breaking in very nicely.

Beautiful, but too large in ankle
This is a gorgeous bootie, comfortable for its height, too. However, I have skinny ankles and I found the boot opening to be too wide for me. THere's room to tuck your jeans into it, but when worn with dresses, I just looked silly. Unfortunately, I had to return.

Very well made
I really liked these booties. Well made, soft, buttery leather. I decided to return though because the heel height was a bit too much for me and I didn't figure I would get enough use of them for the price. Comfortable and expensive looking though. You won't be disappointed.

LOVE!
I am currently obsessed with the Sylvia Piped Frye booties I just bought. I absolutely love them. They fit great- definitely true to size. The craftsmanship of these are amazing and they are quite comfortable. There seriously is nothing I would change on these boots even if I could. Perfection!
