This collarless, metallic tweed jacket features flocked ribbon accents. Zip hip pockets and off-center zip closure. Basque hem. Padding at shoulders. Knit insets at long sleeves. Lined.

* 20" long, measured from shoulder.
* Fabrication: Metallic tweed.
* Shell: 37% nylon/23% polyester/17% cotton/15% acetate/5% viscose/3% acrylic.
* Lining: 93% silk/7% elastane.

Dear Chloe

I am afraid you learnt the hard way :( but this is not shopbop fault. Any website you order from around the world are not responsible for different custom laws and fees that are applicable to individual countries. In Australia that is, as you discovered the hard way, anything costing over $1000 aud. You must also take into consideration the exchange rate. At the moment the Aussie is strong than the usdollar. So it's pretty obvious to me that this willow jacket is going to be slightly cheaper in Australia than on an American online website. You are really taking your mistake out on the wrong person. Take responsibility you stuffed up :( As for the jacket, I have tried it on in store in Sydney and it is gorgeous, well made and worth the price the tag. Unfortunately for me my size was sold out and now this jacket is pretty much sold out around Australia.

very disappointed

Item is a lot cheaper if you purchase in store, only $995, on this website it is $1100 Item still not received, as it is stuck in customs (because of the inflated price) where they are asking for an extra AU$300 for tax, because it is over the $1000 threshold SO for a $995 jacket, I am having to pay $1400....very very disappointed. Will not shop on this website again.
