Description

A folded overlay wraps like a ribbon around the bodice of this strapless silk dress, while beads and sequins peek out from the top hem. A hidden corset lends structure to the bodice, while a hidden zip fastens the slit back. Lined.

Fabric: Silk satin.
Shell: 100% silk.
Lining: 100% polyester.
Dry clean.
Imported, China.

Designer

Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig met early on at the Chelsea College of Art and Design in London. Georgina began her career as a costume designer while Karen focused on print and embroidery design. When they created Marchesa in 2004, they were already well-versed in the artistry of couture. Named for eccentric socialite Marchesa Luisa Casati, Notte by Marchesa is the duo's moderately-priced second line and features their signature beautiful detailing and expert design.

Gorgeous Dress
This is an absolutely gorgeous dress. The only thing I would caution is it will look better on a small chested woman due to the extra fabric around the bustline.

Just Gorgeous
