Too wide around toes

I love Cheap Monday, but this is my third try ordering their shoes and they were sent back every time due too poor fitting. (I'll spare Shopbop's generous shipping policy and won't be making that mistake again). They fit true to size length wise, but the toe band was way too wide with toes spilling out. The elastic ankle band on the other hand was rough and too tight. Great idea for a shoe (really wanted to love these), awful execution.
