I thought they ran on the smaller side... I'm 5'7 135 lbs and I usually wear a 28 and in this particular pair of jeans, they felt tight around the mid section. I guess I wanted a more "traditional" pair of jeans... the distressing on the thighs made me think of cat scratches and the quality of jean was not as substantial as I had hoped. However I live in SF which is a cooler climate and I am not in need of a super thin jean.

The color is amazing, yet the fit is much looser than expected. I am normally between 26 and 27, but these in 27 fit more like oversize boyfriend jeans. I don't wear them a lot ((

Not as soft and stretchy as I expected but lovely wash and I get tonnes of comments. They are skin tight but I live in them and they don't give.

After reading so many great reviews I gave the Stilts a go.. So glad I did as they are my new perfect denim pick! I have 5 pairs in different colors and washes and agree with others that the size is pretty consistent, which makes g without trying hassle free. Perfect for all seasons and best of all sooo comfy!

I am a huge fan of AG jeans, and these do not disappoint. They have a great worn-in look and are so very comfortable!

I love these jeans. My go-to favorite pair for awhile has been my AG Premiere jeans in 12-year mended, so I was looking for some that are similar, but not quite the same. When I first saw these 10-years, I wanted them, but they were out of stock, so I jumped at the chance to get them when Shopbop carried them again. These are now tied for first-place as my favorite jeans. The wash is great - no one does the worn-in, aged look better than AG. Hands down, they are the best brand for this. All too often, a brand will get the front right, with the aging and whiskering, but ignore the back. Not AG. They pay attention to the back of the jeans, too, and get the whiskering right at the back of the knees, etc. As for the fit of these particular jeans, unlike other reviewers, I did not find these to be so tight I'd have to size up. In fact, I hope they draw up a little in the wash. Maybe mine were the rogue pair. They are acceptably skinny, though.

Although it's really 1/2 size smaller than other stilt jeans, I didn't size up. After wearing the jeans for few hours, it began to stretch out a little bit and fit perfectly now.

it makes me look thinner and taller. Love it.

I have 5 pairs of Ag Stilt jeans and I definately think these run about 1/2 small. I usually wear a size 29 in Ag's although I can sometimes wear a 28 if the denim is super stretchy but I found these to be at least 1/2 a size small because I almost could have worn a size 30. They are quite a stiff denim but I am sure they will stretch as after a couple of hours of wear they are already stretching. Otherwise they fit exactly the same as all other AG Stilt jeans. They are a really nice mid sort of blue wash with some wiskering down the front. In the picture they almost look like a grey but they are quite blue. I love the stilt because it is not too skinny and the ankle length makes them perfect to wear with boots, flats and heals - they are the perfect all round jean!
