Designer
While planning her own wedding in 2008, Los Angeles-based Joanna August set out to defy the conventions typical bridesmaid dresses and create designs for her friends that she herself would love to wear. Her eponymous line features a variety of unique and flattering dresses in an array of whimsical and elegant colors, not only for members of the bridal party, but for any occasion.
