Helping her grandmother knit sweaters in Yugoslavia is one of Gorjana Reidel's earliest memories. After being discovered by Ford Models at the age of 15, it wasn't long before Gorjana's days were spent on runways and sets. In 2004 the designer launched her eponymous jewelry collection, which counts the likes of Cindy Crawford and Sienna Miller as fans. Known for simple exquisiteness with an artful twist, the line offers elegant earrings, necklaces, and bracelets, as well as classically chic accessories.

Pretty Everyday
This bracelet impressed me immediately upon seeing it in person. It *is* delicate, but feels strong and unlikely to break. So lightweight and easy to wear, the only time it causes problems is when it catches on knits or when I accidentally poke someone I'm hugging (with the points of the star). No serious damage done so far, though. It's a pretty piece for the price, and seems so well-made I would not hesitate to buy more Gorjana in the future.

Nice and simple
I wear this daily on the same wrist as my watch and it adds a nice touch. It's delicate but not too much so as it sometimes gets caught in the links of my watch with no harm done. I get lots of comments on it.

Very fine
This piece looked very fine and delicate in the picture, but even that didn't prepare me for it. Not that this is bad. It looks lovely on & is casual enough for daytime but also just enough sparkle in the evening for someone who doesn't wear a lot of jewellery.
