At 18, fashion wunderkind Alexander Wang moved to NY to attend Parsons School of Design, and by sophomore year he was already designing his label's first collection. Though predominantly pure in aesthetic, the line incorporates elements of street fashion and the imperfect, a look that won Wang the Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund Award in 2008.

Awkward, heavy, and bigger then expected
i wanted this bag since it hit the runway - it finally went on sale so i snatched 1 up - unfortunately i had to return it - like many of my other Wang bags this bag is HEAVY! - it's design i thought i was going to love and well it's actually a REALLY awkward bag to use for 'everyday life' - u have no idea how much i wanted this baby to work and be my 'summer bag' - but it's awkward bulkiness (it's way bigger then it looks) and how it's structured doesn't hug the body right - and wearing it across your back almost chokes you - unfortunately i'd say take a pass on this one - i love AW bags, but this one doesn't get my vote - really was rooting for it though
