Designer
Designer James Perse found his calling in fashion when he designed the perfect baseball cap and sold it in his father's LA boutique. When movie directors wanted the caps for their cast and crew and record labels wanted them for tours, he decided to launch the James Perse collection. Perse next worked on creating the perfect T-shirt, and today is known for an array of luxe jersey essentials including dresses, tanks, and pants with a nod to the casual Southern California lifestyle.

A turtleneck dress with wow factor!
Shopbop did not have my size 1 so I ordered this dress from another site. Thought I should review it here since there are no reviews yet and I love shopping here. I own about a dozen James Perse little black dresses but this one is my new favourite. The upper part above the sweetheart neckline, upper back and sleeves are a thinner material, almost opaque. Those details on the dress make it look so sexy on. The photos really don't do this dress justice. I pair this dress with my black Newbury or Harlow booties and get nothing but compliments.
