Current/Elliott was born when stylists Emily Current and Meritt Elliott, collaborators for 10 years, couldn't find that perfect jean. They started buying vintage jeans and tailoring them for a more modern fit. At fittings and shoots they wore the customized jeans, which instantly caught the eye of celebrities who loved the one-of-a-kind creations for their dynamic fusion of high and low style. Causing a sensation among celebrities immediately after its launch, this is one label to keep an eye on.
