I purchased the Faille Peplum Shell in Kelp and was not disappointed. The colour is beautiful. The cut of the top is structured, which creates a flattering look to a high-end piece. The fabric is substantial in that it has a crispness to it that accentuates the skirted flare at the bottom. Eye-catching showstopper.
