Closet staple.
A must have item! Beautiful neutral color silk blouse. It runs little large but if you like oversized look as you can see models on equipment catalog, go with your size. Thanks to shopbop for helping me find out the right size.

Vintage Wine
This is my fifth signature blouse and this is probably my favourite colour.It's a beautiful bordeaux shade with a slightly vintage feel.The size is consistent with the others I have.I'm a UK12/US8 and the fit is perfect ,relaxed all over but not too big.I always take a medium although the size guide says I should be a large.

I tried this shirt on in an expensive boutique where it wasn't on sale. $200 is a bit steep for me to pay for a shirt, so I figured maybe I'd get it when it went on sale... THANK YOU!!! I'm so happy with it; it is really a quality, versatile piece. For measure, I'm 5'6", b 35" w 29" h 39"... In the store I tried on a S which fit fine, unless i reached my arms all the way back and stuck my chest out - at which point the space between the middle two buttons opened to give a peek of my bra. Many of you reading this are probably thinking that I'm "special" at this point, but I'm a teacher and just like to make sure my clothes have clothes behind the clothes, if you know what I mean. Though silk shirts do usually fit tight around my upper arms w 12" biceps, the Small fit quite well except for awkward position boob pop. I decided to get the M because the shirt actually is cut to look very slim while still being flowy, so I didn't have to sacrifice how it complemented my body. Perfect

I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase. I bought the 'wine' colour and it is gorgeous. The washed silk makes this shirt fall even more beautifully than a silk crepe de chine, perhaps. In saying so the washed effect gives the 'wine' colour a dusty, slightly worn in look - but very stylish of course. Since this was my first Equipment shirt I ordered my usual size - it's good for a relaxed, androgynous look that I can wear tucked in or wear as a tunic. But if you want to wear the shirt underneath a semi-fitted jacket you may want to consider sizing down bearing in mind that the bottom part of the shirt should fit your hips since it's long. Now I wonder what colour I should order next?!

"WINE" is too purple
I bought this in the colour "wine" because that rich shade of burgundy is my favourite colour right now, but I was disappointed that the colour shown in the picture was not at all like the colour of the shirt in real life.
this shirt is reality is more of a purple - much more blue-based than the picture shows.

EQUIPMENT NEVER FAILS
I ordered this one in blue in size XS and it fits me well!!! my others Signature EQUIPMENT are in size S ,both sizes are good for me! great blouse!
