I'm going to echo other reviewers on this dress and say the same thing: this dress is too tight on the bottom. It's like they made two separate pieces, for two differently sized people, then attached them together to try to make one dress. I normally wear between a 0-2 in dresses. I am 5"7 and thin build but I do have a butt. The 2 in this dress was WAY too tight on the bottom. The 4 fit but was also still too tight and unflattering. For comparison - I do not own any size 4 items, so that you get an idea of how small this dress runs. When you size up, the top portion of the dress is obviously disproportional and large. It was such a gorgeous piece, with beautiful detailing on the front and back of the bodice, but it did not work for me. Returned. I think that this dress would work for you if you have a straight figure, very thing with a small bust and no hips / butt. It is really a beautiful piece in person. I wish it would have worked!

I love this dress, it's really beautiful. I really wanted to keep it, but the bottom was so incredibly tight that I finally decided to send it back. I first got a 2, top fit great, bottom way too snug. The top on the 4 was slightly big but ok. However, although the bottom was better, it was still incredibly tight, and I felt too exposed. It also made it look like a have a bit of cellulite on the thighs, even though I don't. I am relatively thin and do not have large legs or bottom. I think you would have to be very small on the bottom for this dress to work.

I ordered this dress to wear to the races, and while it's a beautiful dress, the colour in person is very creamy (even a bit yellowy) - definitely not white as it looks it the picture. Its a great fit (I ordered size 2, and it fits as expected) If it was white I'd keep it, but I feel the cream colour doesn't suit me as well as it should. returning item...
