Description
A long, lace gown from Sonia Rykiel, cut in a slender, floor-skimming silhouette. The square back dips down and ties with a tonal silk bow, while scalloped lace panels flutter gently down the arms. A hidden zip fastens the back. Tonal silk-chiffon lining. Semi-sheer.

Legend has it the formidable Sonia Rykiel got her start by commissioning a soft sweater from one of her husband's suppliers in Italy. The sweater was sent back for alterations seven times before she was satisfied with it. Calling it the Poor Boy Sweater, she sold it in her husband's elegant boutique. The Poor Boy made the cover of ELLE and the rest is history. Especially known for her slim sweaters, signature stripes, and assertive statements, Sonia Rykiel has been a force of nature since her birth in 1930.
