Yes, They Run Big
Agree with other reviewers that these run fairly large (not HUGE, but def size down or go with your 'skinny' size). I ordered the correct size but my issue was the cuffs- they look a lot wider on person than on the model and, in my opinion, ruin the 'harem' vibe I wanted with this purchase. I would have kept them if they had elastic cuffs like traditional harem pants. As they were, they looked strange (are they dressy pants? or casual?) and also I felt the price was slightly high given the quality. They are silk, but not a quality version- they snagged on my fingernail when I was putting them on. I do like the print, though.

Huge!
So I don't know what happened here, whether these were just sized wrong or what but I ordered my usual size S and they are ENORMOUS!!!!! like falling off me huge, as if they should have been sized as a large. Anyway, can't be bothered to send them back- plus I love them (they are so gorgeous) so I'll have them altered, seems like that kind of fabric where it will work. Fingers crossed.

Too Big
I loved these pants - so cool - but sooo huge - I am usually an Australian size 12 (US8) - making me L in most US clothing sized that way - these just fell off me - so sadly i have to return - return shipping costs a lot from here so i cant take the risk on the medium - shame!
