Dress fit true to size and well, I am 5'8" 120lbs and the 0 fit perfect, even long enough in my arms which doesn't always happen. Downside is I feel like I look like a fish, the sequins are big and the dress makes a lot of noise.
Would return if I could but bought during final sale.
