Not what I expected
As it was mentioned before the skirt does run small. I have 2 maxi skirts from rachel pally and both are xs. In this case even small did not fit right. I would have to go for a medium. However, I won't because the skirt is disappointing. It isn't a true white color the way it is presented on a picture. It is very see through. I can only imagine it being used as a beach ware or with an under layer.

Wish it worked
I usually wear a small in Rachel Pally maxi dresses but the medium in this skirt fit me (almost a touch snug around the waist). The skirt hangs really well and is a great length to wear with medium height heels (I'm 5'8") but unfortunately it was just way too see-through for me to keep. I hope to find this same skirt in a fun summer color that won't be see-through but for now this one is going back.
