Charlie Jade Sarita Dress

Description

A Charlie Jade bright silk dress updated with wide neutral stripes on the uneven wrap skirt. The crossover V neck is secured with hidden snaps and the double halter straps tie behind the neck. Gathered elastic banding runs across the back for a comfortable fit and the waist is gathered for a gentle blouson effect. Unlined.

Lovely but big!!
I fell in love with the colours of this dress, namely the aqua green. I'm a standard US 8-10 (UK 12-14) and ordered the large but could easily have sized down to a medium. It fits and is a bit baggy, but I can work with this look as it's a very summery dress so the over-sized look doesn't feel too out of place! I'm 5'4" and had to get it shortened as well, was far too long, but once all the alterations were made I really started to enjoy wearing it. If it had arrived ready-to-wear as is without getting it shortened I would have given it 5 stars, but I got it on sale so still a great buy!
