Rocking Booties
I was not sure if I should order or not...after reading some of the reviews. I wanted some closed toe booties as I live in COLD and SNOWY Minnesota. Some comments were that the ankle straps were too large. I just received these shoes today and they are awesome. I have a few other booties and maybe these gals do not know that booties do not fit like a pair of ankle strap sandles....tight. They are made to be loose around your ankles. Look at the pictures online Michael Kors or InStyle Magazine. LOVE THEM!!!

Square peg round hole situation
Really cool boots at a reasonable price. The size was perfect but still felt roomy (probably due to the crisscross straps). Returned them. Not the right fit!

These are really cute boots. They appeared fairly well made. I thought my toes would need a little wiggle room so I first purchased these in a 6.5. I usually wear somewhere between a 6 and 6.5, depending on the brand. I had to send them back as they were too big. When the size 6 came (in both colors) I tried them on, made adjusments several times at the ankle but they were too uncomfortable to wear. They caused a lot of rubbing at the ankle so I had to send them back. I was disappointed because as I said, they are really cute. I am awaiting my refund. It has been a week since I returned them so I am anxious to see how long it takes to get a refund. That will determine whether I will shop again at this site. So far, service has been great, delivery time fair.

I love Joie clothing/shoes so I was very disappointed in these booties. They fit ok, they were pretty large around the buckle at the top. I just think these are one of those items that look better in a photo than in person.

Not quite there.
I didn't like it that on my pair, the leather behind the foot was imperfect- one side was different than the other as if it was not stitched correctly.
I would say that for the price, the quality wasn't there.
