This glazed, pebbled leather handbag features vertical seams at the front and back and oversized studs at the bottom. Box pleat and 2 hidden zip pockets at one side. Antiqued brass hardware. Double rolled handles and detachable, adjustable shoulder strap. Zip main compartment closure. Lined interior features zip pocket and 2 patch pockets.

Designer
At 18, fashion wunderkind Alexander Wang moved to NY to attend Parsons School of Design, and by sophomore year he was already designing his label's first collection. Though predominantly pure in aesthetic, the line incorporates elements of street fashion and the imperfect, a look that won Wang the Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund Award in 2008.

After waiting 3 weeks for the package to arrive and over 5 phone calls chasing up the delivery of the item, it was received only to find that bag was faulty. I have contacted the customer service for assistance without success. Expensive purchase only to receive bad shipping service, and faulty goods with no further assistance from ShopBop.

dissappointing quality
As much as I was in love with this bag when I got it slightly over a year ago; this is as much as I am disappointed with it now. It looks so worn out AND has a whole on the bottom edged of the bag. I have purses 1/5th of the cost where leather has held up for years! Other lux brands fix their bags and stand by the quality but unfortunately AW doesn't. I will think twice about getting any of their items again.

longevity is NOT a bonus
i am now on my second rocco mini duffel bag. My first one got holes in it, the sticking unraveled, and the strap broke. For $875, i would like it to last, not disintegrate prior to a year!
I fell in love with the design. I love the pebbled leather, I love the studs on the bottom, and i love that it is simple but not at the same time. I hope that my second bag can stand the test of time.
Note...I know others who have had similar experiences with their Alexander Wang ( not only the rocco mini).

Great bag!
Beautiful, but 1.4kg heavy. Carried on the arms, it is a bit heavy after a while but the weight doesn't bother me when I use the shoulder strap. It is soo pretty and edgy at the same time, also sturdily made. Perfect craftmanship. A bit lighter and I would have given it 5 stars.

Bit disappointed
Though handbag is of great quality, there are a few things that didn't quite meet my expectations.
1. I find the bag is considerably heavy even when empty due to the thick leather and studs at the bottom. I've always been used to very light handbags so will have to get used to carrying less to lighten the load but not a major issue.
2. The leather is not that soft, a tad stiff in my opinion but perhaps it will soften over time.
3. Bag is more medium sized rather than "mini"

this bag ended up bein the perfect size, i thought it was gonna be just like a huge duffel, it's perfect for everyday. it is even better than i expected! if you're on the fence about this one, just get it!! trust me, u won't regret it.
