Eventhough I looked at the measurements before ordering this bag, upon receiving it & trying it on my arm, it seemed quite big & awkward. It also arrived with a few scratches on the front panel. Unfortunately it had to go back. Shopbop staff were however very gracious & generous in providing me with a refund.

Picture- cute/ Real life- not so much.
I ordered the bag in the neutral color. It was just ok- for the money I wanted to be in love so I returned it. The bag is true to size. The leather is hard....I like the softer more buttery Tory Burch handbags.
