Tick Tack, no Thanks?
I bought this little beauty and can admit that while the star on the chain makes it feel a bit teenage/childish to wear having it as a ring is a real conversation starter, everybody has asked me about it and it's a gorgeous piece, problem is that the first watch wasn't working, dead as a door nob and I went past a Watch Maker, he had a look and said that the 'house' of the watch was a dudd and needed to be replaced for about 40 US.."What" I emailed Shopbop.com and after submitting photos of the watch and my receipt of purchase they send me a new one without demanding me to send the old one, so Nice of them!! Again, I am very happy about this service and my new watch that works like a master piece, I guess it was a unique 'one off' faulty product...Happy overall:-)
