Two-tone jersey gives this formfitting alice + olivia shift dress a contemporary edge. Boning structures the square-neck bodice, and contrast panels construct the yoke and sleek, fitted sleeves. An exposed zip and slit hem finish the back. Long sleeves. Unlined.

Great cut
Great cut, though slightly unsure of the sleeves. Decided to keep it as it fits well.

I like this Rilo dress, but there are some not comfortable things. For example, sleeves are very lenght, and the upper part of the dress is very thin and narrow. If you have a normal size of breast you cannot wear this dress, breast became flat.

Lovely dress
The dress is perfect with one exception, it flattens your breasts, so i wouldnt recomend this item for the girls with big ones.

alice and olivia square neck dress
Hmmm I love Alice and Olivia -- they cut small but even so this dress was super snug / tight. I would have to have ordered up a full size or two from my normal A&O sizing so either the cut of the dress or the fabric... not sure but something just wasnt right.

Very fitted
If you're looking for a very fitted dress than this is for you. I thought it ran small. I love Alice & Olivia dresses, but had to pass on this one.

stunning dress
I absolutely LOVE this dress. I love alice and Olivia, and find my favourite pieces are often from their line. This dress was no exception. The sleeves are sheer, but with a tint so that it makes it totally work appropriate. At the same time i feel like i could wear it for a night out. Its very well constructed, and the detail on the bodice really flatters the figure. I'm 135 pounds and 5'6 and i found the size 4 to fit perfectly. However i will note that alice and olivia tends to fit small so if your on the bubble i would size up as i also generally like things form fitting. Over all really happy with the dress and definitely recommend it!
