Run very small. Ordered a 30...
I'm a size 30 in most denim.
I usually wear DL, CoH, Paige and just bought a pair of Goldsign - all 30.
I am a 29 in AG Prima.
I couldn't even zip these when I got them up which was a shame because they looked cute. I've often had uneven experiences with James Jeans. Not sure I'll try them again.

High waisted skinny 7/8
I have two pairs of James jeans already so I was confident that the sz 26 will fit me well. The material was soft but not too stretchy as my twiggy. They are also higher waisted. The jeans come to almost my ankle since I am only 5'4" so I may have to have them altered or just rolled them up. I was pretty happy though and would recommend it. I don't think they are a small fit.

Love tthe fit, it's run small, I recommend sizing up one size. It will look good with boots.

not quite perfect
When I tried these jeans on they were perfect. I ordered my usual size, and was very excited to have them. Unfortunately, these jeans seem to stretch a lot after a day of wear. They actually seemed longer at the end of the day, and larger around the waist. The color and fabric are fabulous however, and these are a great casual Friday jean.
