Designer
Designer James Perse found his calling in fashion when he designed the perfect baseball cap and sold it in his father's LA boutique. When movie directors wanted the caps for their cast and crew and record labels wanted them for tours, he decided to launch the James Perse collection. Perse next worked on creating the perfect T-shirt, and today is known for an array of luxe jersey essentials including dresses, tanks, and pants with a nod to the casual Southern California lifestyle.

Perfect basic tank

Perfect racer back
This single is great. I wear it under blouses etc. What i love is that there is v cut so you can wear it under more see through type silk singlets and it doesn't stick out around the neck area.
The ribbing means that it's nice and tight and you can tuck it in, leave it our, fold it under etc.
Of course you can wear it on its own. Very Versatile... also bought it in black.

sheer tank
I'm not a fan of the material - too sheer and doesn't hold up the shape well. It is soft indeed but I can only use it as a layering piece under a sweater or a knit top. I like the tank i got from Club Monaco better than this one.

great top, nice long length. if you don't like your tops to clingy order one size bigger. even one size bigger is still very fitted. slightly sheer, so i layer two if wearing without a cardigan or a jacket.

A nice basic
After reading previous reviews that said this stretched out a bit, I bought a size 0 (I'm 5'5, around 115, almost always a size 2 with a 32b bust for reference). I'm glad I did- it was just slightly snug when I first tried it on, and after wearing it, it fits perfectly! Nice length, super soft material, sexy v-neck without being so low cut that it looks slutty.

I have this in black and white and I have recently added one more. They are great, very flattering and a must-have staple to any wardrobe. My only 'complaint' is that it stretches a little.
