This dress holds a special place in my heart. I wore this for my rehearsal dinner and it did not disappoint. The detail down the back and on the shoulder is trendy, but subtle in the best way possible. I paired it with a large gold statement necklace, gold crystal, strappy shoes, and a white fox fur stole (borrowed from my sister). I felt like a million bucks and was told just that multiple times. My groom-to-be was so excited by how beautiful I looked that he snapped several photos of just me on his phone - something he has never done before. Bonus points for the way the dress moves when you walk. You feel like you are on the runway. Get this dress. It's a real beauty.

This is my wedding dress. It hangs perfectly on me creating a very geometric silhouette. It is well constructed of a fine quality silk. Not wanting to destroy the asymmetry of the garment I paired it with sheer black tights, a simple 2 tier black and white elbow length veil, and a pair of 4" platform heels that have a caramel pattern similar to that found on the epaulets and back runner. The Shopbop customer service agents were most helpful and assisted me in completing the outfit. They were more knowledgeable than several major wedding boutiques I had visited. I purchased the Thinvisible firming slip and the dress fell right over it rendering a smooth appearance overall. I plan to wear this dress a lot. It is very unique and will flatter even the larger chested. I am 5'6" and have a ballerina body with the exception of a little more on top (34D) and the medium fit me perfectly. This dress will definitely transform anyone into a runway goddess.
