OK but ...
The chain strap was quite disappointing because the leather inside the chain was not finished so the back side of the leather (the suede-like side) has the risk of staining the clothes at the shoulder after wearing a few times. I think I can only wear black whenever I use this bag. Also, the bag came with a price tag and said "suggested retail price: $395.00"!!!!! I can't believe I paid a $100 more for this bag??!!
Overall, this bag was exactly as the photos depicted. Size is pretty practical.
