I got a second one because I wasn't thrilled with the rock on the first. Like my second one a lot. I'll save the first as back-up or a gift. Some reviewer of these rings stated she sent hers back because it had a cheap plastic band. I'm fairly certain this is not the case at all. The band is a metal of some sort with a paint and enamel coating. The ring is pretty heavy, but I don't mind that - it helps with my finger exercises.
