Love but disappointed
I loved this bag...loved. But I agree the zipper gets caught and more so with continued use. To my very great disappointment the webbing on the bottom of the shoulder straps all frayed on one side rendering the bag completely useless. Fabulous to look at and very light but would never buy another.

Love the bag!
I have been looking for the perfect fashion backpack for some time. Found it here at shopbop, at a good price and in a lovely goes with everything grey. The bag is roomy, can hold lots and is comfortable to use. I wanted something that could ease the weight of a woman's 20 items in one handbag and this really works well.
Two quibbles: the zip occasionally gets caught as the side lining protrudes so you need to be careful. The design would have benefited from a small side pocket on the inside for the mobile.
The website is easy to use too and delivery was very fast.
