I bought 2 sizes bigger and that was perfect had I got my actual size they would of been to small, so i got a large and yes they are perfect, very happy.

Handy Panty
These are not as tightening as I thought they would be, I could have used a better hold on my tummy, especially after dinner....but they work under slim fitting clothes. I'm pretty skinny as it is, just needed a little extra help around my tiny love handles for a slim fitting dress. If you need extra support go with a stronger version, these are more for a helping soft hold.
