Only slightly smaller
I just can't resist the price of a basic suede black pumps like this. Its gorgeous and really comfy, my first pair of Pour La Victoire and it sure won't be my last. I was surprised that it fits really well on my feet despite it was half a size bigger (I am a US 8 and the pumps is US8.5). The paddings in the pumps are really well made and they provide much better support than many other heels I have. The arch is very similar to the YSL pumps and they are very comfortable to walk in. Simply divine shoes with 70% off. Recommended!

Great Basic Platform Pump!
These shoes were AMAZINGLY comfortable and the style was on point. They do mimic tribute ysl pumps but with a much lower price point. Great quality and make make 5'2 frame look stellar! Great buy overall.

Narrower than Irina II
I have Irinas II in size 8, which are a little big for me, so I bought 7,5 Portia and they fit well but feel narrower than my Irinas. Keep them as bigger size will definitely be uncomfortable to wear. I like plv and will buy them in future. Modern vintage and costume national - I wear in size 8. But plv will probably buy in 7.5, hope the next pair won't be so narrow in toe.

Great pump
This is my second pair of Pour La Victoire pumps and I have to say they are the the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. I wear heels all the time and these are just so comfy, the padding in the foot bed is superior - Great shoe I will be buying more from PLV. Get them while their on sale!

Good Shoe
I bought this shoe in Tan size 6.5 and it was a little tight. I ordered a size 7 and it was great. I had room to move more toes, and feet can actually breathe. They are comfortable and well made. I have other pairs of this brand, but sizing depends on the shoes. These will not disappoint.

Frustration!
I cannot begin to express my frustration with these shoes. I ordered an 8.5 and a 9. I could barely cram my foot into the 8.5 (my normal size) but my heel was slipping out of the 9. I compared them side by side and the only difference in the two sizes was in the forefoot--the rise to heel cup was exactly the same length. The toe box area on the 8.5 was much smaller and narrower--it looked like it belonged on a shoe 3 sizes smaller than the 9. I think PLV chintzed out on their sizing and used the same rear last on the 8.5 and the 9, but used a much smaller front last on the 8.5 to make up the difference in length. I imagine this will only be an issue with certain sizes. I could tell the 9 would have been very comfortable if my foot were just slightly longer! It had a lot of cushioning and did not feel as high as it is. The shoe is beautiful--it looks like a YSL Tribute...I wish it worked for me.

These are pretty basic black pumps, but they fit true to size and are gorgeous. I haven't had the chance to wear them a full night out yet, but based on my past experiences with pour la victoire, I'm sure they will be as comfortable as 5 inch heels can be and will last me a long time. Love!
