Description

A casual mini dress in a mix of soft fabrics. Metallic buttons fasten the jersey bodice, and slant pockets detail the airy voile skirt. Gathered elastic nips the waist. Double-layered skirt and unlined, semi-sheer bodice.

Fabric: Slubbed jersey / soft voile.
Bodice: 50% supima cotton/50% modal.
Skirt: 100% rayon.
Wash cold.
Made in the USA.

pink flamingo
flamingo is in the title of a "transgressive black comedy exploitation film" by john waters. get the pink one. fits sick if YOU are fit. caustic acid ballerina. you may put out some eyes.

Cute but...
This dress is cute but it runs smaller than other Splendid clothing I own. Also, the top is pretty sheer. I had hoped to wear it on those really really hot days when layering is out of the question. Becuase of its sheer top I would wear another tank top under it.

Cheap-looking
Even though I got this for 60% off, I still had to return it. I was really surprised, too, because I'm a big fan of Splendid's cute little casual summer dresses. The material was thin and cheap, and the way the top and bottom were sewed together just hung together wrong. The waist was way too high. I'll try another Splendid mini-dress next time.
