Description

Lace insets at the bodice add an airy touch to this lightly structured ponte jersey dress. Grosgrain ribbon defines the waist and highlights the gentle ruffle of the paper-bag waist, while slim bands of silk add definition as they curve along the edges. On-seam pockets rest at the hips, and an exposed zip closes the back. Unlined. Semi-sheer.

Fabric: Ponte jersey.
Shell: 75% polyester/20% rayon/5% spandex.
Lace: 64% cotton/36% nylon.
Trim: 100% silk.
Dry clean.

so pretty

i got this dress in navy, and it's flattering with really nice details. i like that it's blue and black - not just another lbd, but you can still wear black shoes/accessories because of the trim. i'm 5'2" and got it hemmed a couple inches because it originally came to about my knees, but otherwise the 2 fit perfectly. the center panel on the front and back is unlined lace, but with a little black tank top under and a cardigan, it was perfect for dressier family holiday events.

Beautiful on top, but not all around

The cut out on the top of the dress was very cute, but the bottom was quite large and the casual feel of the material of the dress did not go with the top cut outs. Dress just was not great.
