Cute dress!
The top of the dress fit really well but the bottom was a lot poofier than expected. Its still really cute, just slightly on the younger looking side.

Runs large on smaller chested girls
This dress is super cute, bubbly, and not that short as you see in the model (unless you are really tall)
I am 5'6, 114lbs and bought it in XS. It does not fit me perfectly specially my chest area since I have small girls.(32B) The fabric feels thick and rather stiff but manageable and not scratchy.
If you are a large chested girl, go with your size but if you are not go down a size.

Polka Dot Bustier Dress
I love this dress. It's beautiful on your body and would look great on almost any figure. That being said, there are a few concerns I have. With this dress you aren't going to want to wash it a lot because it will get extremely wrinkled. So unless you love ironing or have a steamer don't wash often. It also runs large because the back has scrunched elastic so to get the perfect fit you may want to go down a size. All in all I'm very pleased with this dress
