Faith Connexion Peplum Tweed Jacket

Description

Elements of shimmer give a tweed jacket a touch of glitz. Iridescent threads weave through the bouclé shell, and glittered leather trims the edges. Curved sides create a flared peplum, and angled pockets sit at the hips. A 2-way zip fastens the placket, and zip cuffs finish the long sleeves. Lined.

Fabric: Bouclé tweed.
Shell: 48% polyester/34% acrylic/13% virgin wool/3% polyamide/2% viscose.
Trim: 100% lambskin.
Lining: 100% polyester.
Dry clean.
Imported.

Wrong Size
I had high hopes for this jacket to be the center of my fall/winter wardrobe--and may still reorder for my correct size. Originally it said "Italian sizes" though I knew it was a French brand, so I guessed at a 40 and I'm a size 6/5'6", it was way too big but I wasn't sure if 1 or 2 sizes too big so I just returned, it now says french sizes, so I may reorder. It was well made, nice zipper, hit at a nice length, etc. But I'm not quite sure if worth the full price, it wasn't that much of an amazing piece.

Very Nice but Sleeves are Too Long
I really loved the fit of this jacket and found it to be true to size. However, I had to return it because the sleeves were way too long and I did not think I could get them properly hemmed because of the zippers. I looked like a little kid put on her mother's jacket because of the sleeves being too long.

Gorgeous!
This jacket is so absolutely pretty! The material is beautiful and the details on the jacket could not have been done better. I would have worn this jacket all the time. I wish it would have fit. I bought the smallest size available (French size 34) but found that the sleeves were too long for me. I ended up returning it. I also bought the Faith Connection Metallic Shirt and Skinny Leather Pants. I returned the shirt for the same reason that I returned the jacket, but I kept the leather pants. In general all of the Faith Connection items that I bought seem to be cut for someone who is skinny and at least 5'8". I'm 5'3" 100 lbs.
