Disappointment
I rarely write reviews as most of the items i buy from shopbop were satisfactory. I could not wait to open the box when it arrived. Unfortunately I realized it was a wrong decision right after i made my first touch to the material, it was very hard and raw type of wool, and the cut is more tighter than it looks (i normally wear between XS to S, and i went for S), the shoulders fits alright but sleeves were short with unequal lengths (right sleeve was longer). I had it on for five mins, and the skin at back of my neck were very itchy and became red at the end, made me very uncomfortable. For its price tag, I could not believe such bad quality for a designer coat. I did not even go home for a second thought before sending it to the postal office for a return.

Warm, stylish and versatile
This coat is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Fits well and I think it is a more practical length good length than many coats. The fabric is quite thick in keeping with the naval theme so it is not a soft cashmere type wool. It is well made and great dark navy colour. I removed the badge on the collar but it didn't look too bad with it on either. I am very satisfied!
