Size down by one
V nice pair, slouchy on hip. The cross over gives it a unique look. My normal jean size is 26 but I got 25 after reading reviews and it fits great. Now I am wondering if wax would stay after machine wash altho instructions say it can be machine washed. I wish shopbop carried denim version but black will be good for work or casual

Great Jeans
I usually wear 24 or 25 in jeans, because of the relaxed nature of this pair, I ordered 24. They sit ow on the hips and have a great relaxed look. The wax coating isn't heavy or stiff, it just adds a nice sheen. They look great with a tee and when paired with more polished looking jacket.

Sizing it tricky
Those are supposed to sit really low. I bought my usual size 27 and was tempted to go size down, but the jeans were the right fit for my hips (96 cm) and waist (66cm), so I guess this was the idea behind the unique cut. My height is 164 cm so those are a little long for me and this means that they gather a little on the back of my thighs. Wearing them with a belt does wonders though. I am keeping them in 27 since I like the slouchy look, but if you want them to look smarter try going a size down. The fabric is very stretchy so will be no problem.

Wanted to Love
I have R13 jeans but this one just wasn't for me. I love the feel of the cloth. The "wax" wasn't heavy or tacky and the cut is unique. The problem is that I couldn't fill out the top portion of the size 24 jeans the way the model does (even with size 33.5 hips) so I had to return.

Coated Till Washed...
Love the style of these pants. I normally wear a size 26 and ordered a 26. They fit great low on the hips just how I wanted them to. I washed and tumbled dry low and all the "coating" came off- I'm fine with that, but if you are not you might want to dry clean.

I ordered these in a size 27 (113 lb, 5'3.5"); my usual size is a 26-27 although in boyfriend jeans I've ordered 25s a few times. I thought, being Italian, they would run really small. However I could easily pull these down off my hips while fully buttoned, and I have hips. I've just re-ordered them in a size 25, hope they work! Style-wise, I am very excited about this and from what I could tell they will be fantastic. So although I haven't worn them, I wanted to leave this review about the sizing.
