Short shorts
I ordered these shorts for my upcoming beach holiday. Really cute short but very thick in the waistband and quite firm fitting (I got a Small). I did read that you should size up but was worried the medium might be too big. Will be great for the beach as they are very short.

LOVE these shorts! Can be dressed up or down. They definitely run a bit small in the waist. I am 5'4" and 124lbs and usually get size S, but had to return these for M...hope they fit when they arrive!

Great value for money
Very comfy summer shorts. They are true to size, but can be tight in the waistband if you have some extra padding around your belly. Great value for money, very pleased

Use the Size Chart!!
I bought the M and found them way to small. I returned them and ordered the L and they fit perfect! The area that was problematic was the waistband being too tight given it's wideness and strong elastic. For my previous review, I marked the M as smaller than expecated, but you know what though? I checked the sizing chart after and found that if I had looked at it in the first place I would've ordered L as the correct size for me since I am a size 8-ish girl with a 30" waist. Really, since Shopbop provided the correct information, these shorts are really true to size. You just have to make sure to use the sizing chart for this piece.
Anyway, I love my new size! The shorts were worth it for a final sale!

Awesome shorts
I have them in grey size medium, they fit great. As soon as the white went on sale I bought them too. I always get compliments when I go out. I can dress them up or down. The lace is a really great detail and the cut of the shorts fits great.

I like my shorts short
These are cute shorts with nice fabric and details. I like my shorts with a very low or very high rise, these are right in between and not flattering for my figure. These will look good on gals with long legs and a long waist.

Shorts were very comfortable and cute. They run small though... I am a size 4/6 and the mediums were a little tight.
