lovely before wash
Initially I loved this top - soft nice fabric that falls in a lovely manner, good colour - but after I washed it (hand wash programme, cold) the arms were ruined; the fabric is heavy and comes loose from between the two places where the cuffs are sewn/upheld (so they are only cuffed at two places, the rest of the arm is uncuffed with a raw edge; you'd have to hard-core iron it to get the fabric to stay in place and not sure it would even then) and threads hang everywhere. Also at the bottom hem, where the edge is not raw, many, many threads have come loose and hang about. For example Vince, LNA and Splendid tops handle washes much better, and a top as pricey as this should last longer than up until the first wash. Still - the fabric is great, as is the cut. I will not return but neither will I buy more from this brand. Pity! Will use this to sleep in.
