I really wanted to like this dress. It just looks so cool. I tried it on and the XS fits fine. I'm usually a size 0/2. The dress is comfortable once you have it on, but getting it on is the problem. I couldn't quite get it adjusted right. The side straps want to sag down. I wish the fabric was a bit more substantial. The dress is long, which I think is great for people to hem it just the length they want it. Then the back is bit weird too. There's an elastic part that is ok but not that flattering. Anyhow, I'm sending this back.

I am 5'11" tall, and I have been looking for a maxi that is long enough for me for forever! I always have to wear flats with maxis because otherwise the dresses end up 3-4 inches off the ground if I don't. This dress is long enough for me so that I can wear wedges with it. It is gorgeous and perfect for dinner out on my vacation in Hawaii. Love it!

I bought this in black, in extra small, and am 5'6 and 110 lbs. It fits quite well, but will definitely need some hemming. It looks like it can be dressed up or down easily and a strapless bra fits under it seamlessly and nicely.

This smooshed my top half and gave me no waist. Return.

This dress can be casual or dressy. Fits well & is very comfy. I'm petite, and will have to shorten the dress, but since its a knit it's an easy alteration.

This dress was very easy and with the cotton material can adapt to any shape comfortably. I am a big fan of black so the funky cut of the top was a nice change for me. I wore with a black strapless bra (small chested so needed a little somethin somethin) and was able to get away with it seamlessly. One problem.. SO LONG. I am average height (5'5") and ordered an extra small. I wanted to wear with flats and ended up having to get it hemmed atleast 6 inches. Just in case you wanted it to be wear ready.. hope you are tall!

LOVE THIS DRESS This dress is made with the signature Rachel Pally modal- super soft, great drape, medium weight and super soft hand. The style is phenominal- the way that it ties at the neck and behind the back completely does away with the need for a bra- perfect for summer frolicking. This dress will be a go-to staple ALL summer long. Also the styling of the dress it seems would make it so that each size fits a variety of people. The skirt is really full, if you have a butt don't worry, there's plenty of room for ya. I got the medium- I normally go with small but they were out at the time, it fits great because of the adjustabilty of the ties. The only cause for concern as far as fit goes is that the elastic at the waist does not stretch infinitely- if you have a lot of butt you may have to put it on overhead, if you have a big waist by all means size up so that you don't have any cutting in. The dress is super long- it will need to be hemmed if you are under 6' tall.

I'm 5'1" and about 110 pounds, and wore this dress to a formal event--it fit amazingly. It is seriously a beautiful dress. I had to get it hemmed and took off about 3 inches, and also added actual stitching at the bottom of the dress. It is originally just "cut" on the bottom, without a seam or anything. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this, the fabric is thick and the flow that accompanies this type of cut hem is great--the lady who hemmed it for me just wanted to add the seam to ensure her own handiwork. I guess you don't want to just cut it and risk it fraying later on, which is just as well since I'm a bit short and the odds of it being dragged or stepped on by my own heels is preeeetty high. In any case, it didn't mess with the dress at all. I love it.

This is a beautiful maxi, the fabric sits perfectly, great quality. Very long, but no need to hem as my daughter is quite tall....very happy with this purchase.

Can't wait for some warm weather (and a tan) to wear this really cool dress! It is super long even in the XXS, but nothing a quick hem can't fix. GREAT dress!
