Good but bad
Love the look and feel of these boots. Unfortunately, after wearing them one time the attachment to the strap broke. They are at the cobbler right now and hope he is able to find a screw that can fix this issue. ShopBop was helpful and will pay for the repair - which I thought was generous.
Ash shoes on the other hand had the opposite attitude.

Narrow
Cute boot, little shorter and more narrow that I expected. Originally purchased 39 but returned for the 40, hoping the leather will stretch to fit. Real cute, cool, contemporary bootie.

very nice boots but small
i usually wear about a half size smaller in boots/booties, for whatever reason, so i decided to go with a the smaller size that i was debating between, and they are just too small. they do feel like they would be a comfortable boot to wear if the length fit. they run short, length-wise, and somewhat narrow towards the toe. i liked them so much though i decided to try the size up to see if they will fit normally. (i wear an 81/2 in boots and 9 in heels/flats. ordered a 39 and returned for a 40).
aside from sizing, very nice boot.
